Recipe – Peanut Butter Energy Bites

 This morning I spent some time planning lunches and snacks for next week and discovered this super quick and easy snack idea. It couldn’t be simpler, you combine all ingredients in a bowl, refrigerate for 15 minutes until easier to shape and then roll into bite size pieces.

Ingredients – Makes 12

1 cup Oats

1/2 cup of ground Flaxseed

1/4 cup of Chocolate Chips

2/3 cup of Peanut butter

2 tbsp Honey

These bites will last for up to a week, kept in the fridge.
